La Veronica Centre Antequera

 

The Veronica Centre is on the outskirts of the centre of town. Since its opening in September 2004 the complex has become very popular as a place to socialise as well as a place to shop. It is located in the newly developed side of town and has a built area of 45000m2. There are more than 60 commercial outlets, over a 1000 parking spaces a petrol station and a car washing facility.

Although most local towns in the area, and in Spain for that matter, will cater for all the daily needs of their patrons, many will use Antequera for a wider selection and variety. La Veronica Centre caters for Antequera and the county of Antequera as well.

With an 8 screen cinema, cafes, eating places, bars and a children's area the first floor in the complex is the place for all the families entertainment.

As well as entertainment areas there is a good selection of shops. Shoe stores, sports stores, toy shops, hairdressers, key cutting, banks, sweet shops, dry cleaners, furniture store, perfume and beauty products, clothes shops, jewelers, sunglass hut and even a C&A, all under the one roof of the Veronica Centre.

Taking up over 9000m2 of the ground floor is the 'one stop shop' of Eroski. The hypermarket is one of a chain throughout Spain and often where you find an Eroski you will find a good selection of other shop as well.

The Eroski Store has all the regular food and drink including a fresh fish counter, fresh fruit and vegetables and a fresh dairy produce section. Along with the standard products you would expect from a supermarket Eroski also has a book and music section, mobile phones for sale, gardening section, office and home furniture, kitchen goods, bathroom and bedroom goods, motoring section, electrical and lighting aisle and electrical goods, computing equipment and men, women and children's clothing.

There is ample parking and the centre is open all day long from 10am.
